Open Seat on Board of Directors - Call for Nominations

Please be advised that an open seat is expected to come available on the Castle Creek HOA Board of Directors as of April 2020. Please note that per the by-laws, when a current Board member retires from their seat before the expiration of their term, the Board of Directors has the responsibility and authority to appoint a member in good standing to fill the seat without an open meeting or election by the membership. The process involves an interested homeowner coming to a Board meeting and expressing interest and qualifications to fill the open seat. The Board of Directors will then appoint someone to fill the remainder of the term, which is until November 2021. If you are interested in joining the Board or learning more about the job of being a Board member, please email email@example.com and plan to come to the next Board meeting which is Tuesday, March 24th at 7:00 p.m. at the office of Rj Community Management (20475 Route 19, Cranberry Twp. 16066). Attendance at this meeting is limited to only those who are nominating themselves to fill the open seat.
Please note that the applicant must be a resident-homeowner, and can not be a landlord. The by-laws states that only 2 of the 5 Board members may be landlords, and the maximum number of seats available for landlords is currently filled.
